Mgr. Ján Grexa
Our trainer is a Senior Consultant at FBE, specializing in generative AI, project management, and process improvement across business and non-profit sectors. He holds degrees in Management from Comenius University Bratislava, Porto Business School, and a Master's in Strategic Management.
With hands-on experience in applying AI to marketing, project workflows, and solving real-world challenges, he helps organizations use AI not just smartly—but meaningfully.
Daniel Skala, MSc.,
An AI innovator with a passion for social impact, he specializes in bringing generative AI from research to real-world solutions. At Slido, he helped build features like AI Polls, AI Quizzes, and a Question Copilot, and has developed advanced NLP tools for clustering, summarization, and content generation.
As a full-stack AI engineer, he works with Python, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, and more—leading cross-functional teams and contributing to research in prompt engineering and LLM-based stance detection.
Who can participate?
at the age from 18+ from participating countries;
who are interested in the topic;
who can speak English at a B2 level.
reading all the information carefully;
communicating timely with the organisers;
preparing adequately for the training course according to the instructions;
taking actively part in the full duration of the activities and lectures;
to participate in the evaluation process after the training course
to participate in sharing the results and outcomes of the training course after the training course is over.
The training course will take place in Eduhome, located in the beautiful surroundings of Trenčín.
Accommodation will be in shared rooms (2 to 4 people). The sheets and towels will be provided. The course is residential, so we will stay together in the venue for the whole time.

The city’s cafés, historical landmarks, and riverside views create a welcoming atmosphere for both adventure and reflection.
During your stay, you can experience local traditions, explore the iconic Trenčín Castle, and enjoy the natural beauty that makes this region so special.
First of all you need to arrive on 18th (Sunday) of May, but depart on 24th (Saturday) of May. And we recommend two options:
Take a flight to Vienna;
From Vienna bus station take a FlixBus to Trenčin
From Trenčín take a Bus to Kostolná-Záriečie
As you exit the Vienna airport you need to get to Vienna Main Bus station.
Take a flight to Bratislava;
From Bratislava bus station take a FlixBus to Trenčin;

To receive reimbursement of travel expenses (plane/bus/train) we need you to deliver us following documents:
Invoice of your flight tickets, originals of bus or train tickets (invoice received from the airline/bus company if you buy the tickets online or from the travelling agency if you buy the tickets via an agency);
Boarding pass (from both ways).
*Please note that that travel costs will be reimbursed only for those who:
stay for the whole period of the training course (travel days are 18.05.2025 (arriving) and 24.05.2025 (departure));
who fills the final report after the training course is over;
actively participate in sharing the results and outcomes of the training course after the course is over.

Beakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are all included. Also individual eating habits of participants will be taken into account, but don't be afraid to try Slovak traditionals!
It is the participant's responsibility to obtain full insurance for themselves. This includes travel insurance, medical insurance or European Health Insurance Card.
The place is strictly non-alcoholic, so we kindly ask you to respect it.
